Electric Control DetectionThe whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, featuring stable performance and low failure rate. Real-time status detection of all control components is supported for easy maintenance.

Uniform Ink Mode:Set the running time of four programs on the touch screen, featuring four automatic ink distribution modes: intermittent, contact, intermittent and intermittent. The ink can be redistributed on the rubber roller more evenly and rapidly at varying speeds.

Cleaning Mode: Clutch mode and speed can be set on the touch screen. With various separation & contact cycles and adjustable cleaning durations, the rollers can be cleaned faster and more thoroughly.

Oscillation Width:The oscillation width reaches 16 mm. Increasing the oscillation range greatly improves the left-right uniformity of the color strip.
Operation Interface: Touchscreen human-machine interface with Chinese/English language switching. All operations and parameter settings can be completed directly on screen.
Excellent Repeatability Accuracy: When testing the same position across ten printed samples, the average ΔE value can be controlled below 0.5.
